24-Hour Automated Teller Instructions
- Call the Automated Teller at 800-996-4676.
- You'll be prompted to enter your account number followed by #.
- Next you will be asked to create/enter a 4 digit personal access code followed by # to use as your permanent access code.
- You will be asked to verify this information by entering your entire social security number followed by #.
- Your new access code will be repeated back to you. If you would like to accept this as your permanent access code, press 1. If you would like to change it, press 2.
- After you accept your access code, you will be taken to the main menu.
