Link your Accounts

To set up transfers between your financial institutions, you'll first need to link the two accounts, which can take up to a week or so. Here's how you do it:

  • Once you have been approved for this service, click on the Interbank Transfer tab located on the home page within Online Banking, and select Enroll.
  • Provide the other financial institution's routing number, account number, and account type.
  • Create a name for that account. (For example- John's Bank of America checking acct.)
  • Verify that you own the other account. After you have submitted the information above, your other account will be credited with a random small amount within one to two business days. Once you see the credit appear in that other account, log back into PHCU's Online Banking, select the 'Enrolled Accounts' tab and key in the amount of the credit without using decimal points or dollar signs. For example, if $0.21  is deposited into your other account, you will enter 21 in the Verification Amount field. You will have 10 calendar days to complete this process.

Once your accounts are linked, you'll be able to move money between the two financial institutions. The enrollment process may take up to a week to complete, so make sure you create the link before you need to send money.

*Please note: Accounts must qualify for this service. PHCU reserves the right to apply lower limits or deny service.
