Misplaced your debit card? No problem! You can now turn it off using the new My Mobile Money App*. Once you find your card, simply turn it back on! With My Mobile Money, you can set up security measures right from your smart phone to help you avoid the hassles of account fraud.

Most Frequently Used Features

  • Turn your debit card on and off whenever you would like. (This will not interrupt recurring bill payments such as gym memberships or subscriptions.)
  • Receive notification of possible fraudulent transactions and take action.
  • Set up alerts to help protect your accounts from fraud.
  • Restrict transactions based on merchant or transaction type and location.
  • Set up travel alerts and spending limits.
  • View balances. (Please note- the home page may need to be refreshed to show your current balance. This balance is NOT your AVAILABLE balance. You may click on the account to view your available balance.)
  • Transfer money within your accounts.     

How to Enroll

Step 1: Make sure you've got your PHCU debit card handy.

Step 2:  Download the My Mobile Money App.  You can use the links below to the iTunes App Store or Android Store, or simply search for the My Mobile Money App.

Step 3:  Once the My Mobile Money App is downloaded on your device, simply follow the prompts to register your card. You'll be required to enter your card information and create a username and password.

Step 4: You'll also be given an option to create an abbreviated four (4) digit passcode for easier login instead of entering your username and password each time.

Now that you've got your card enrolled, you're ready to use My Mobile Money!

CardValet

CardValet will be replacing MyMobile Money on June 1, 2020.  This is a FREE standalone service that gives members the ability have more control over their PHCU Debit Card.  This service is separate from PHCU Mobile Banking app. Listed below are some features of CardValet. 

Manage your finances while guarding against fraud by using the latest version of the CardValet app:

  • Turn your credit cards on and off
  • Establish transaction controls for dollar amount limits, merchant categories and geographic locations
  • Receive alerts when your credit card is used, approved or exceeds the transaction controls set by you
  • Stay informed of potential fraud with alerts on attempted and declined transactions
  • Get real-time balances for your accounts
How to Enroll:
  1. Download The CardValet App from Apple Store or Google Play Store
  2. Follow the Secure Registration of your PHCU Debit Card
  3. Set Up Alerts specific to your needs
  4. You're ready to use CardValet
