eStatements
Palmetto Health Credit Union eStatements are a convenient, secure, and environmentally friendly way to receive your statements electronically through Online Banking.
Benefits of eStatements
- Saves paper and storage space
- eStatements are available to view before paper statements are mailed.
- Can't be lost or stolen from the mail
- eStatements are FREE to all members!
How to Enroll in eStatements
1. Login to your Online Banking account. (eStatements are not currently available through our mobile app)
2. Click on the More Options tab and select the Register for eStatements option.
3. Click on Continue, and change your statement type from Paper Statements to Electronic Statements using the drop down feature.
4. Confirm your email address is correct and select Continue.
5. Confirm your eStatement preference selection by accepting the Electronic Disclosures Agreement.
You will begin receiving eStatements the month after you enroll. You'll receive an email notice when your eStatement is available. To view your monthly eStatements, simply login to Online Banking and click on the eStatements tab.
