New & Improved Online Banking

PHCU's Online Banking has recently undergone a makeover. The new system, which launched June 22, has a whole new look and feel that we believe will make your Online Banking experience simpler and more efficient, and in addition to the features you're accustomed to, you can now:

  • Obtain your full account number and routing number
  • Transfer money to other PHCU members
  • Customize your Online Banking home page
  • Create names for your accounts online and arrange them in the order that you want to view them

Current Online Banking Users

You will keep their same username and password, but will be required to create 3 new security verification questions, a personal watermark, and a new Password Reset question and answer, when they log-in for the first time.

If you have bookmarked or saved our current Online Banking login page, beginning June 22, you will no longer be able to use this link to access Online Banking. Instead, you will enter your username on our website, www.palmettohealthcu.org, and then you'll be taken to a separate page where you will enter your password.

New User??

You will be able to automatically enroll in Online Banking from our website, and will be required to provide the following information during enrollment:

  • Member/account number
  • Social security number
  • Email address that PHCU has on file for you
  • Date of Birth
