PHCU Covid-19 Update Page


All PHCU Branches are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.

Face protection is required to enter a branch.

·Baptist, Richland and Easley Branches will continue to offer over the counter transactions, with Loans and Member Service continuing to be available through our Mobile and Online Banking, as well as the Call Center.

·Parkridge Branch will continue to serve members through the drive thru located behind the Urgent Care on Baptist Parkridge Campus. The drive-up ATM is also available. Loan applications can be submitted through Mobile and Online, as well as the Call Center.

As a reminder, You still have access to our following no cost remote banking alternatives:

In adherence to guidance set forth by our public health experts and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we want to proceed with caution.  We ask that you continue to practice safe and healthy illness prevention methods inside our facilities moving forward.

To ensure safety, we ask all staff & members to:
·       Wear a mask – Face protection is required to enter the branch.
·       Clean hands often – Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer, especially after touching frequently used items or surfaces.
·       Avoid close contact – Please maintain social distance in our facilities by allowing 6 feet of space between yourself and others. Please no hugs or other exchanges that could jeopardize our collective health.
·       Maintain personal space – Keep extra space between yourself and others in line.
·       Cover coughs & sneezes – Remember to always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow. Throw used tissues in the trash and wash your hands.
·       Clean & disinfect – We will continue to follow proper cleaning protocol of our facilities, electronics and soft surfaces.
·       Stay home when ill – Please stay home if you are feeling ill and use our many remote banking options instead.
