Palmetto Health Credit Union is aware of the ongoing investigation into the potential risk of credit and debit card transactions from retailer Home Depot between April 30, 2014 and August 24, 2014.


How do I know if my card was affected?

We will contact you by mail if your card was involved in the breach and a new card will be ordered for you at no charge.

Should I cancel my card?

We do not recommend you cancel your card unless it was involved in the breach.  We will contact you if your card was affected and order a new card for you.

What should I do if I notice unauthorized account activity?

Contact us immediately if you notice unauthorized activity on your account.  To receive fraud protection under the Zero Liability Policy, you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Where can I learn more amount the breach and Home Depot's response?

You can find additional updates at the Home Depot media center.
