Mobile Banking Enhancements

Look for some new and exciting upgrades on our Mobile Banking App in September.  Some of the enhancements include:

  • Pending transactions will be displayed at the top of your transaction history
  • View your running account balance after each transaction.  The running balance displayed will be your account balance, not your AVAILABLE balance.
  • Quick Balance- This is an optional feature that allows members to view their AVAILABLE account balances without logging in. To use this feature, you must: 1. Click on the settings icon located on the bottom of your Accounts page. 2. Turn on the Quick Balance feature 3. Choose the accounts you would like to view in Quick Balance.
  • Fingerprint Authentication on IOS and Android devices that support fingerprint authentication.
  • View images of checks you've written that have cleared your account.

To access Mobile Banking, you must be enrolled in PHCU's Online Banking. You will use the same username and password for Mobile Banking that you do for Online Banking. Simply locate and download our free PHCU app in Apple's App Store or Android's Play Store.

The first time you login from your phone, you will receive an alert advising you that an additional security step is required, and to check your email for instructions. This email will include a one-time four digit PIN number that must be entered in the PIN field on your device before you can access Mobile Banking.
